<p>The renowned Ambootia tea estate, nestled in the rugged foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, is famous for its organic teas.  Ambootia transitioned to 100% organic and bio-dynamic production in 1992.  It is certified organic by the renowned Institute of Market Ecology in Switzerland, and Fair Trade certified by Fairtrade Labeling Organizations International.  It also carries the <a href="http://www.naturland.de/welcome.html" title="Naturland" target="_blank">Naturland</a> seal.</p>
