We suggest this basic recipe:

Use fresh tap water (if water quality is poor, use a filter or buy non-carbonated mineral water).

Bring water to a boil. Let boil for about 1 min.

Measure your tea. Use about 2 teaspoons (4 grams) per glass of iced tea (6-8 oz) wanted.

Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and steep for at least 5 min., depending on the taste you desire.

Remove the leaves or pour off the tea.

Fill a tall glass with the amount of ice cubes desired (we suggest to fill about ½ of the glass with ice).

Add sugar, syrup, or honey to sweeten the beverage.

You may add a sliced lemon and a sprig of mint.

Don’t use milk.

Sip through a straw.
